Why you should vote for… the Brexit Party

The Brexit Party is a true party of the people. It is filled with people from all walks of life who are successful in a broad range of areas. None of them are career politicians: the vast majority of the parliamentary candidates are brand new to politics. Where they are united is the following deeply held ideas.

One: there needs to be reform of our tired political system, which encourages complacency and has allowed the parliamentary establishment to grow further from those they are supposed to represent.

Two: the other parties, which currently hold the power in Parliament, are failing to enact the greatest political mandate of at least a generation, the 2016 vote to leave the European Union.

Three: leaving the European Union is not something which we just need to get done, contrary to the BoJo slogan. It is a great opportunity to take this country in a new, more democratic, self-determined direction.

Labour wish to extend the uncertainty over the UK’s direction, and the Conservatives want to consign us to the EU

There is a great amount of damage being done to the UK economy as a result of the uncertainty over our direction. Labour wish to do nothing more than extend this uncertainty, hoping to spend months delaying our departure so as to create a new treaty which continues our existence as an EU state. Then they would reopen the wounds of division exposed by the last referendum by having another one.

The Conservatives wish to consign us to the EU with a treaty which means the negotiations of any free trade agreement will be determined by the European Court of Justice. Any FTA which is agreed upon during the transition period will be hugely detrimental to our opportunities as a country.

Brexit Party candidates would stand unerringly for their constituents

The Brexit Party parliamentary candidates represent a big tent of successful professionals who would stand unerringly for their constituents. They are not so arrogant as to presume they know better, but will dedicate their time to achieving that which is best for their constituency, as determined by the people who voted for them.
